do I personalize my "Liner" persona?
Double Click on your persona, or you can choose
"Options" and choose "My Personality".
You can also change your clothes by sliding
the diamond shape (next to your persona) up
and down!

do I find out which room my buddies are in?
Click "view" and then "visitors"
this will show you a list of all our guests
and tell you what room they are in! If you see
your friends and want to join them, just click
on their name to highlight it, and click "go
to room" at the bottom of the screen.

do I change the number of Bingo cards I'm playing
with?
Click "options" and then "settings",
here you can change the number of bingo cards
between 3 and 50. Remember you can choose up
to 99 cards during happy Hours. You can also
click "Cards Played up or down" in-between
games to change the amount of cards.

don't like the numbers on my cards. Can I change
them?
Yes you can, just click on the “change
cards” button between games – your
cards will then be changed.

How
do I know I'm getting close to winning bingo?
We make that easy for you. Your cards will change
color as you get closer to the winning pattern.
When one of your cards is
3 calls away from a win, it will turn
red,
2 calls away it will turn yellow,
1 call away, it will turn dark green,
and when you have bingo, it will be purple!

When
Chatting, I often use the same phrases! Do I
need to retype them each time?
No you don't! You can type in common phrases
and use a hotkey to get yourself communicating
faster.
You do this by clicking "options"
then "my favorite sayings", once in
here you type in as many phrases as you like,
one below the next, and click ok.
To use them, click the down arrow to the right
of your talk text-typing box and they will appear,
just click on the line you want to use and press
enter, voila!

Can
I have a private conversation with a buddy?
Yes. To chat to someone privately, all you need
to do is "double click" on their Liner Persona
and start typing! You will notice the word "chatting"
will be written on you, so other people can
see you are talking. This does not prevent you
from seeing the general conversation going on
in the room.

What if I get
disconnected during a game?
We have a great function in place called "Server
Plays On"
Should you get disconnected during a game the
server will automatically complete your game
for you.
You will be credited automatically if Bingo
is won while you are gone!

How can I withdraw
money from my account?
The minimum cash-in amount is $50. Cashins may be withdrawn by clicking on the 'Cashin' button in the Banking section of the site, and following the instructions given.
Upon cash-in your winnings we will be refunded via your main method of purchase in the last 30 days where possible, eg VISA, Neteller, InstaDebit or Click2Pay.
Please note that InstaDebit is only available to Canadians and Neteller is not available to Canadians.
All purchases made with MasterCard will need to be refunded to either Visa Card, InstaDebit, Neteller or Click2Pay. Please send your registered InstaDebit, Neteller or Click2Pay account details to cashin@bingoliner.com
In order to comply with Banking regulations, account holders depositing from credit cards will be required to provide proof of identity before making their first withdrawal above $500.
Please send us:-
1. a copy of the front and back of the credit card registered at the site; and
2. a copy of a recent utility bill showing your name and the credit card billing address.
3. a copy of your Driving Licence or Passport
