    Should you not receive your credits then please contact your bank and confirm that the deposit has been approved. If the deposit has been approved then please email banking@bingoliner.com for further investigation.
  • When will my bonus credits show in my account?
    All bingo bonuses will be credited immediately to your BB balance. Should you have any problems with your credits showing up please contact our 24/7 support centre at talk@bingoliner.com for further investigation.
  • Why can’t I change my login name?
    This is to protect you. We don't want people changing their names and pretending that they are other people. It has proved embarrassing for some of our friends in the past who have been 'tricked'. Also it prevents offensive names from being used.
  • Will I be informed about your promotions?
    We notify all our players by email of such events. We send newsletters to the e-mail address you have given in your account information at our site. If you want to receive the newsletters make sure you have written a valid e-mail address. You can also view the latest promotions by clicking here.
  • What is a Bingo Bonus?
    The Bingo Bonus account is a separate account where all free money is credited. You can earn Bingo Bonuses in any number of ways: by opening a new account and making a deposit, by all subsequent deposits, by introducing your friends to Bingo Liner or simply by being in chat and playing our special games that are played daily in the Bingo Room. Once your $ (real account) is equal to zero then you will be able to use the funds in your BB account to buy Bingo Cards.   • How do I personalize my Persona?
    Double Click on your avatar or you can choose "Options" and choose "My Personality" You can also change your clothes by sliding the diamond shape (next to your Bingo Liner avatar) up and down icon! Try it, its part of the fun!
  • I don’t like the numbers on my cards. Can I change them?
    Yes you can, just click on the change cards button in the top middle section of your screen.
  • How is the prize money determined?
    Each game's cash prize is based on the number of cards played during games. A percentage goes towards the prize for the next game and also towards the progressive jackpots. The more cards played and the more players playing bingo will increase the prize amount.
  • I often use the same phrases! Do I need to retype them each time?
    No, you can type in common phrases and the favorite sayings to get yourself communicating faster.
    You do this by clicking "options" then "my favorite sayings", once in here you type in as many phrases as you like, one below the next, and click ok.
    To use them, click the down arrow to the right of your talk text-typing box and they will appear, just click on the line you want to use and press enter.
  • What is a speech bubble?
    A speech bubble will appear above your personality when you have typed a message in the “talk bar” and hit “enter”. This is a way for you to communicate with your fellow bingo friends.
  • What if I get disconnected during a game?
    We have a great function in place called "Server Plays On"
    Should you get disconnected during a game; the server will automatically complete your game for you. You will be credited automatically if Bingo is won while you are gone!

Banking

  • How can I withdraw (cashins) money from my account?
    All withdrawals of $50 or greater may be withdrawn by clicking on the 'Cashier' button in the Banking section of the site, and following the instructions given. All other withdrawals under $50 must be requested by email to accounts@bingoliner.com

    Upon withdrawal your winnings we will be refunded to the most dominant deposit method used in the last 30 days, where possible.

    Where all deposits were made with MasterCard will need to refund to either Visa Card, Neteller, InstaDebit or Skrill. Please send your registered Neteller, InstaDebit or Skrill account details to accounts@bingoliner.com Note that NETeller and Skrill are not available to Canadian players.

    Proof of identity and address will be required in a number of situations, including the occurence of any of the following:
    Where withdrawal of $1,000 or greater is made; or
    Where a withdrawal is not made to your most recent deposit method; or
    Where certain deposit / withdrawal levels have been reached.

  • How long does it take to receive my winnings?
    Once you make your withdrawal at the site, the withdrawal request is placed in a 48hrs pending period. After the 48hr period your withdrawal becomes available for processing and is processed on the next business day.

    Withdrawals refunded to Visa Card will reflect in your bank account within 3-5 working days (excluding weekends) after processing.

    Withdrawals to NETeller, InstaDebit or Skrill accounts will reflect if the respective account within 24 hours after processing.

    Wire transfers take between 5-7 business days to reflect (providing all details provided are correct and there are no delays as a result of incorrect or insufficient details).
